With its high-throughput/high-yield selective waste collection sorting facilities, Alfyma proposes a flexible and innovative method to optimise the sorting performance of household packaging in terms of the cost of processing and the comfort of manual sorting operator stations.

Description of the process and facility:

The purpose of this process is to enable the recycling of the various recyclable materials present in the selective collection of household packaging.

The process involves a power module which regulates the sorting facility's material flow.

After manually checking the incoming waste, each item is singled out and classified automatically according to its characteristics (dimension, type of materials, density and shape etc.).

The products are then sent to manual sorting cabins, which are conventional or sequential, where a majority flow is purified or the quality of the pre-sorted products automatically checked.

Automated pre-packaging storage facilities provide a high level of flexibility for sorting facilities. Adaptive design:

Suitably arranged load breaks provide the necessary operating flexibility for such facilities. Advantages of the high-throughput/high-yield process:
